A few months ago my big blue bus sprung an oil leak that was a warning of imminent mechanical death. The leak was coming from the main seal. I have had the bus for over a year, running on an engine that I knew little about. I pulled the motor (Broke my record!), pulled flywheel and discovered my main bearing was moving in the case. It was time for a rebuild.

I had already been planning for a rebuild so the timing was right.

  • AS41 case machined for full flow oil
  • Stock crank
  • Engle 100 cam
  • Brazilian pistons and cylinders
  • New Brazilian heads
  • 30mm oil pump
  • 34 Pict3 Carb
